What you need to know about international shipping:

  • Please note that we cannot guarantee any international orders will arrive by December 24th due to customs delays and issues that are beyond our control, but ordering by these deadlines gives the highest probability of your order arriving in time accounting for customs and postal delays.

  • Please also remember that customs duties and fees are the responsible of the importer of record (the buyer of the item), so in some countries import duties may be assessed to you by your postal service. Customers in the United Kingdom are most likely to see these charges.

  • Customers in Sweden, Japan, and Mexico: while we provide you with a tracking number for your order, packages from the US are not always tracked once they leave the US. Please contact us with any shipping questions.

  • Customers in Germany and The Netherlands: Orders going through certain parts of the EU, mainly Germany and The Netherlands are often subject to delays of 2 weeks or more due to the customs process. Please contact us if you have any questions.

  • *Customers in Canada*: Due to the ongoing and intermittent Canada Post strikes, packages may be delayed when using USPS mail. If you would like to use another carrier, please contact us for dates and prices before placing your order.
