Shipping and Returns

Shipping

All orders are shipped by USPS. Shipping cost is based on the weight of your order. All orders are shipped by either USPS first class, priority, or priority express mail depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout. All "free shipping" orders ship by USPS first class mail. Most orders will ship within 3-5 business days, but some made to order items may take up to 3 weeks to ship.

International customers, please read our International Orders page for more information.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. 

Returns

We gladly accept returns We accept returns on unused, unplanted, and unworn items. Sale and Seconds sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the items are defective or arrive damaged. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We accept returns within 21 days of delivery to the buyer.
